Most of my kiddos call me Aunty, but formally I'm Phanta Tofa!
Throughout my career I have taken on various roles. I have been providing care for children for more than 20 years. I began my childcare journey in Hawaii and when my family and I relocated to Washington, I continued my journey in childcare and I am currently licensed.
My educational background is in special education. As a professional, I taught until 2010 when I decided that I wanted to become a licensed childcare provider. I have also been maintaining a registered nurse assistant (NAR) credential through the Washington Department of Health since 2012.
On a more personal note, I am a mother of six who loves her family deeply. My family is my support and driving force to be able to provide the care that I do for other families.
As a parent, I understand the difficulties of finding care providers you are comfortable with and those who can cater to your child’s unique needs and scheduling. Therefore, I run my daycare as if everyone in it is my family, ensuring that all children are well taken care of.
